Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior/Lead Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AccelQ to lead automation initiatives across enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will drive test strategy, design scalable automation frameworks, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test suites using AccelQ.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead automation efforts across multiple projects, ensuring scalability and reusability.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in test automation, with 2+ years in AccelQ.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and Agile practices.
- Experience with REST API testing, web/mobile automation, and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
