Responsibilities
- Lead the composites production facility through hypergrowth and scale from prototypes into production.
- Own end-to-end business functions including project definition, production execution, facilities, and staffing.
- Build partnerships with engineering teams to facilitate prototype development and new product introduction.
- Manage relationships with internal/external customers and senior vendor leadership.
- Develop and execute strategy to expand composites capabilities domestically and internationally, including vertical integration of key supply chain bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Partner with FP&A to manage the North Carolina cost center, track budget vs. goals, and implement cost actions.
- Prepare content for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews for Anduril executives.
- Travel as required to manage distributed teams and supplier/customer interactions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field (required)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant technical field and/or MBA (preferred)
