- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Serve as customer-facing Technical Program Manager working directly with DoD stakeholders to plan and deliver mission autonomy software and contract deliverables
- Own completion of contract deliverables, implement measures of performance and effectiveness, and track program progress
- Engage end users to design feedback loops for gathering, triaging, and prioritizing requirements and operational issues
- Provide technical input to product and engineering teams to shape features and configurations that improve user workflows
- Coordinate across internal engineering, product, and operational teams and with external partners to mitigate risks and manage interfaces
- Support engagement with other DoD organizations to expand adoption and integration of simulation and autonomy software
- Develop and maintain user engagement systems including issue tracking, training, and event preparation
- Travel to customer sites and operational locations as required (up to 50%)
Education
- BS/BA in a technical field (required)
- Science or engineering discipline strongly preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience (program management or relevant technical roles)
