Skills
- Hands-on experience with routers and switches (Cisco Catalyst, ISR families).
- Proficiency configuring IPSec/SSL VPNs on ASA, Classic IOS, IOS XE, and JunOS platforms.
- Experience with VoIP solutions (CUCM / Call Manager Express) and virtualized network appliances.
- Familiarity with hypervisors and virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix XenServer, KVM).
- Experience with WAN acceleration technologies (Riverbed, Citrix or similar) and Linux networking.
- Exposure to LTE/5G, Windows Server environments, and hyperconverged infrastructure (VMware vSAN, Nutanix).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and implement system-level integrations of hardware and software into Anduril products (Menace, Anduril Connect).
- Provide pre-sales technical support and demonstrations to sales teams and customers; act as technical ambassador at trade shows and field demos.
- Perform post-sales integration, on-site validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and maintain product compatibility.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and runbooks for customer deployments and network configurations.
- Travel to customer sites within the U.S. (up to ~50%) to support deployments, testing, and training.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline (minimum).
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
