Skills
- Proficiency in C++ or C#
- Familiarity with graphics APIs such as DirectX, OpenGL, or Vulkan
- Experience optimizing rendering and real-time systems for performance
- Ability to work in and contribute to large, complex codebases on aggressive timelines
- Strong cross-functional communication with technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to work full-time on-site
- Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead prototyping initiatives exploring novel mixed-reality concepts and end-to-end AR experiences
- Design, develop, and enhance game-engine components tailored for AR applications
- Optimize rendering pipelines, physics simulations, and real-time interactions for high-performance immersive experiences
- Integrate sensors, displays, and spatial mapping capabilities in collaboration with AR/VR specialists
- Build and maintain robust pipelines that convert raw sensor data into actionable visuals
- Partner with product managers, hardware engineers, and subject matter experts to translate mission requirements into scalable solutions
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks across the game-engine ecosystem
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
