Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing value chain for assigned products
- Develop tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly
- Create and optimize process flows for complex assemblies
- Write manufacturing documentation including work instructions and quality plans
- Work with contract manufacturers to develop repeatable processes
- Build prototype hardware hands-on with technicians and engineers
- Contribute to mechanical and electrical design aspects
- Travel to suppliers for sourcing, production issue resolution, and quality implementation
Education
- Degree in engineering, math, or technical hard science preferred
