Skills
- Expertise with multi-gigabit SERDES, DDR memory busses, Ethernet MAC and PHY interfaces, FPGAs, SPI, and I2C communication buses.
- Proficient in microprocessor and microcontroller selection, configuration, and interfacing.
- Experience with component schematic capture, high-speed board design, and PCB layout guidance.
- Competence using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, current-probes, and test automation.
- Knowledge of embedded software development including timers, interrupts, and hardware peripherals.
- Familiarity with embedded Linux development including device trees, hardware drivers, and bootloaders.
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent electronic design tools.
- Programming skills in Python for test automation.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and execute electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing in line with established test plans.
- Develop and maintain test standards, design or procure test equipment, and manage capital test assets.
- Support and perform field testing while serving as liaison for ground and flight test activities.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to characterize and resolve system failures, providing actionable insights to engineering teams.
