Skills
- Strong networking knowledge: routing, switching, and network design principles
- Experience with OT/ICS security architecture and segmentation, including Zero Trust approaches
- Familiarity with threat modeling frameworks and MITRE ATT&CK for ICS
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Rust)
- Experience implementing defensive controls in corporate and industrial production environments
- Hands-on Linux experience and tool deployment/configuration skills
- Incident response experience and ability to lead security initiatives autonomously
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead OT risk assessments, gap analyses, and develop a multi-year OT security roadmap
- Architect and implement defensive security controls for cloud, production, and corporate environments
- Deploy, configure, and maintain security tools across OT/ICS and corporate environments
- Build automation, visibility, and threat detection systems to support security and infrastructure teams
- Drive security initiatives independently and promote a security-first mindset across teams
- Partner with factory production teams to review designs and ensure secure-by-design implementations
- Support incident response efforts for OT/ICS events
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant professional training or certifications in OT/ICS security or network security preferred
