Responsibilities
- Develop and implement radar software using C, C++, and Python for RF sensing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software architectures and concepts of operations for complex systems-of-systems.
- Perform system-of-systems level software analysis; decompose and assess requirements for the radar software subsystem.
- Create and communicate software development roadmaps and build consensus across stakeholders.
- Design, refine, and realize advanced RF sensing techniques, algorithms, and software technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to program and business leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor and guide team members in software development best practices and technical execution.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or related technical field required
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field preferred
- Eligibility for U.S. security clearance required
