- Experience integrating electrical, opto-mechanical, and firmware systems
- Hands-on experience with lab/test equipment (power supplies, chambers, analyzers)
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain production test activities and test flow in manufacturing
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electro-opto-mechanical and infrared system issues
- Develop and maintain automated test software, data analytics, and report generation
- Create clear MES test work instructions and train technicians on equipment and procedures
- Build and maintain a library of failure modes with troubleshooting guides
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions (RCCA)
- Support returns, failure analysis, and NPI test process development
- Calibrate and maintain test equipment and optimize test strategies for throughput and quality
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (required)
