Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, program, and cross-functional leads to define best practices and standards.
- Gather requirements and architect how processes are used across impacted teams; release and maintain processes in the PDP tool.
- Work closely with tool development to design user interfaces and workflows used by a broad engineering user base.
- Define clear process requirements, design review gates, and entry/exit criteria for qualification, build testing, and production readiness.
- Own and maintain central standards repositories (engineering design standards, analysis standards, product maturity framework).
- Draft process workflows, SOPs, user guides, and formal specifications for design and development usage.
- Lead process rollouts, training kickoff sessions, and department-wide adoption efforts.
- Collect stakeholder feedback, drive continuous improvement, and manage release/update communications and feedback loops.
- Support creation of training materials (guides, modules, videos) and monitor adoption metrics with leadership.
Education
- B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related technical field (required)
- M.S. in a technical engineering field (preferred)
