- Experience building and testing launch-or spacecraft-related hardware and environments
- Proficiency authoring detailed work instructions, assembly and test procedures
- Ability to interface across mechanical, electrical, and fluid system disciplines
- Tooling and ground support equipment design and validation
- Familiarity with system-level checkout and test operations
Responsibilities
- Develop con-ops and design/build ground support tooling for handling Neutron components and integrated stages.
- Author and execute assembly, inspection, repair/retrofit, and system test procedures for flight hardware and GSE.
- Perform vehicle system-level checkouts and support integration of propellant, avionics, structures, and AFTS.
- Design, build, and maintain processing facilities and vehicle processing hardware.
- Capture non-conformances, convert to actionable improvements, and maintain integrated planning documents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and technicians to enable efficient build flow and launch operations.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering (required)
- Master’s degree in related field (preferred)
