Operations Analyst, Wargaming
Skills
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance (required)
- Military mission MS&A experience (OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, EA, Long-Range Fires, etc.)
- 2+ years DoD M&S scripting experience (AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE, etc.)
- Proficiency with physics-math scripting (MATLAB, SIMULINK, Python + NumPy/SciPy)
- Strong written and verbal communication, including visual presentation of complex data
- Ability to design experiments and conduct trade-space analyses
- Familiarity with platform/payload modeling, signal processing, or cost/logistics MS&A (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop wargaming capabilities using the Anduril Mission Sim platform
- Create physics-based models and scenarios for wargaming exercises
- Design experiments and analyses to quantify platform, payload, and mission trade-offs
- Leverage internal M&S tools and data to produce rigorous, defensible analytic products
- Translate technical analyses into clear visual presentations and narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with programs, engineering, business development, and customers to capture requirements and iterate on scenarios
- Support demonstration events and integrate live/simulated data into MS&A workflows
- Identify problems and implement robust, high-quality solutions
Education
- 3+ years in a relevant Science and/or Engineering related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) considered a plus
