Skills
- Deep experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP backend tables, views, APIs, and FBDI processes
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL with ability to write complex queries and procedures
- Experience developing and managing BICC, PVOs, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports
- Experience with Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and configuration migrations
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and mapping endpoints to backend tables
- Performance tuning and database optimization skills
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and IPO readiness processes
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills
- U.S. Person status (required) and ability to work in-office part time with up to 25% travel
Responsibilities
- Perform regular system health checks and optimize scheduled jobs, FBDI loads, and OTBI/BIP reports
- Maintain administrator profile values and environment sizing parameters (ESS threads, job scheduling)
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures; troubleshoot database issues
- Manage and optimize Oracle Fusion APIs and integrations with other systems
- Develop and maintain FBDI templates, BICC jobs, and Public View Objects (PVOs) for reporting and integrations
- Use Functional Setup Manager (FSM) to configure applications and migrate setups between environments
- Tune database performance, implement indexing and query optimization strategies
- Create and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure high-quality system performance
- Provide technical support and documentation for end-users and collaborate with developers on custom integrations
- Communicate system changes, participate in cross-functional meetings, and maintain transparent implementation practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant Oracle certifications preferred (e.g., Oracle Fusion certs, OCM)
