We’re looking for a detail-oriented, risk-minded, and innovative manager to join the AENB Affiliate Management team. This new role plays a key part in our governance processes, ensuring services provided by our affiliates remain compliant, well-documented, and aligned with regulatory expectations – including Regulation W 23B and the Interagency Guidance on Third Party Relationships: Risk Management.
The Manager, Affiliate Management, will be responsible for leading efforts to manage and improve the AENB Affiliate Management risk assessment questionnaires as part of New Product Governance, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure affiliate agreements properly cover new or modified products/services, and ensure the financial terms are aligned with expectations. The Manager will also own core documentation and quality control responsibilities that support ongoing governance across affiliate relationships and through the five stages of third-party risk management. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of affiliate management practices, contracting, and governance frameworks, as well as the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements. An understanding of American Express products, processes, organization, and governance processes is required.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
