he U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Inbound Digital Customer Growth team is part of USCM and is responsible for deepening our essential Card Member relationships through compelling and innovative digital marketing that accelerates demand for “proven treatments” and drives response across our site (MYCA + Customer SHOP). The Customer SHOP team manages a prime piece of digital real estate, and the channel is on a transformation journey – from a Card-centric shop to a highly personalized and holistic digital storefront that is powered by data.
This Manager will lead a team of two B30 Analysts focused on running our SHOP and responsible for all things creative/copy, offer strategy, user experience, journey optimization, and forecasting (to name a few!). They will also support enterprise-wide product moments (launches, refreshes, LTOs) for the channel. This role requires a tremendous about of cross-functional partnership and collaboration, comfort operating in a fast paced ever evolving space, and the ability to think strategically and problem solve.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
