The Winter Park General Manager position is responsible for providing leadership to our team, building a strong shop culture, achieving our KPIs of customer service, revenue and profit and building our brand within the local community.
This General Manager position is a dual operations and sales role. The most important part of the General Manager role is to help promote a productive environment, setting the team up for success to ensure we are delivering legendary service to our customers and partners. More specifically, you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders and Ski Technicians in their roles of delivering ski and snowboard rental equipment to our guests. This includes scheduling future shifts, ensuring equipment is up to our brand standards, consistent coaching for the team and managing our P&L. You will also be responsible for growing the business through local sales with hotels, relationship building and integrating with the Winter Park Resort, property management companies, concierges and more.
This position is full-time, seasonal. Anticipated start and end dates are 9/29/2025 - 5/1/2026.

Inventory management

Local sales to grow our current partners, close leads and build our brand within the local community
