Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget according to project plans
- Apply appropriate processes and standards across the project lifecycle
- Identify, log, prioritize, and mitigate project risks; maintain and monitor risk logs
- Define and execute stakeholder communication and reporting plans
- Document project scope and manage change requests, escalating impacts on cost, schedule, and deliverables
- Monitor project performance using disciplined measurement, assessment, and reporting
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Facilitate team motivation, remove impediments, and resolve conflicts to drive project success
- Capture lessons learned and suggest process improvements
