We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer II to help coordinate and drive manufacturing projects for the manufacturing engineering team. If you enjoy working in a startup environment and are passionate about developing leading-edge manufacturing processes for high-reliability, high-volume satellites, we would like to hear from you. 

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks, identifying/leveraging resources, and ensuring projects stay on track. You will assist with planning, scheduling, and communication, often acting as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders. Your work will be crucial for efficient project execution and delivery. 

• Creating schedules, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between manufacturing team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project scopes and deadlines. 
• Track project progress against timelines and identifying potential roadblocks or issues. 
• Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and present project status to leadership. 
• Identify potential risks and work with stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. 

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience (preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or Business Administration or related).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. 
• Demonstrated expertise in identifying issues during a project and coordinating and driving resolutions through supporting resources.
• Experience using analytic tools, systems, and data resources to drive real time project/process awareness.
• Previous experience organizing data, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering clear, actionable insights through presentations and reports.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in aerospace or other high-reliability industries.
• Relevant prior experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations.
• Proficiency with PLM and ERP software.
• Proficiency in AS9100/ISO9001 quality management system requirements.
