Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Chicago location. This role is responsible for leading a team, driving performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day operations of the retail store
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors
Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control processes
Drive store sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional execution
Oversee scheduling, payroll, and performance management
