Job Description
Sharpcontra is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive first impression for clients and guests.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
