Job Description
The Production Assistant will support the production team in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating daily operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our production supervisors and other team members to guarantee that all products meet Bela Brand Bat’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling, organizing, and monitoring production activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure production timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
Prepare production reports and documentation for management review.
Support inventory control and material management.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing process improvements.
Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Production Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
