Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events while assisting sales-related initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with people, and are eager to develop versatile professional skills across events and business operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events
Support sales initiatives by preparing materials, tracking leads, and assisting with client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event operations
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and event documentation
Provide on-site and administrative support before, during, and after events
Contribute ideas to improve event experiences and sales processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
Professional attitude with a collaborative mindset
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
Interest in events, sales, and business development
