Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve technical or product-related issues by collaborating with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Provide proactive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them through setup and best practices.
Support team projects and contribute to overall service improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
