We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about providing high-quality support in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and follow-up activities

  • Support internal teams by relaying customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement

  • Assist with administrative tasks and document processing as needed

  • Uphold company standards in all communications and customer engagements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
