Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will manage accounts, resolve inquiries, and support our clients in achieving their goals while maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Address client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support for client needs.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and support business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
