About the Role
As our Senior Solutions Architect, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor for Kojo’s most strategic customers, designing ERP integration solutions that sit at the heart of their operations. You’ll guide Enterprise contractors through complex workflows, influence our product roadmap, and ensure Kojo delivers mission-critical value at scale.
Reporting directly to our VP of Customer Success, this role ensures high visibility across Kojo and partners deeply with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to deliver outstanding value for our customers.
This role will include:
Leading Enterprise customers directly through the Kojo integration configuration which powers their most critical workflows
Serving as the technical subject matter expert on ERP integrations throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales design through implementation and ongoing optimization
Developing thorough understanding of the functionality and use cases for Kojo’s interactions with the common ERPs used by Kojo’s customers (Sage, Vista, Quickbooks, Spectrum, ComputerEase, etc.)
Creating scalable resources and best practices that enable both customers and internal teams to succeed and scale independently Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering and Product teams to design and implement integration-related workflow solutions for customers
Influencing Kojo’s product roadmap by representing integration needs and opportunities gathered from Enterprise engagements
What you’ve accomplished:
5+ years working in customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or technology-based environment (Solutions Architecture, Integration Engineering, or similar roles)
Deep technical expertise with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, Acumatica) ideally in the construction or enterprise accounting space
Hands-on experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data transformation
Proven track record of leading complex, Enterprise-level integration projects from scoping through deployment and testing
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Preferred:
Familiarity with iPaaS tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Workato).
Experience with SQL and data modeling.

Salary: Your salary will be dependent upon many factors, including your experience level, skillset, market dynamics and balancing internal equity relative to other Kojo employees.
