Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Representative to join our team in Cleveland. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the consistency, clarity, and effectiveness of internal and external communications. This is a dynamic position ideal for professionals who are passionate about clear messaging and organizational impact.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and distribute internal announcements, memos, and other business communications.
Collaborate with department heads to gather key updates and shape internal messaging strategies.
Maintain and manage company documentation and communication systems.
Coordinate the preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Assist with crisis communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging across channels (excluding social media).
Support HR and executive leadership in employee engagement initiatives through written and verbal communication tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in a communications-related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Familiarity with internal communication platforms is a plus.
