We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our internal and external communication efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. This position requires a proactive individual who excels in both written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
Collaborate with departments to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Support the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
Manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of key messages.
Assist in the development of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in corporate communications or similar roles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong project coordination skills.
