Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support internal and external communications initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, an effective communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and proofreading internal memos, press releases, and company announcements
Support the execution of communication plans and campaigns across departments
Coordinate logistics and preparation for corporate meetings and presentations
Maintain clear and organized documentation of all communications and updates
Assist in tracking communication performance metrics and preparing reports
Provide administrative support to the Communications Manager and broader team
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic document formatting
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
