Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Madison, WI. This position plays a crucial role in supporting client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and facilitating efficient communication between our firm and clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Coordinate meetings, calls, and correspondence between clients and consultants
Process documentation, prepare reports, and manage client records
Track client service issues and follow up on resolutions in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements
Support internal teams with client data and updates when needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
1+ years of experience in a client service, administrative, or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
