Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Representative to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while building strong, lasting relationships. Your ability to understand client objectives, communicate effectively, and coordinate with internal teams will be key to success.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between assigned clients and internal departments
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
Identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions to meet client needs
Prepare and present regular performance reports and progress updates
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align client expectations and deliverables
Monitor account activity and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
