Skills
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of printing processes and structural packaging
- Experience with specialty finishes: foils, embossing, debossing, UV coatings
- Ability to produce precise dielines and production-ready files
- Experience sourcing sustainable materials and implementing eco-conscious packaging
- Vendor and overseas production management
- Pre-press and quality-control expertise
- 3D packaging visualization skills (KeyShot, Cinema 4D) preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop luxury packaging concepts for apparel, accessories, beauty, and lifestyle products with a modern, brand-aligned aesthetic
- Create print materials including hangtags, care booklets, in-store signage, seasonal campaign assets, and specialty print pieces
- Explore and implement sustainable materials and printing techniques to reduce environmental impact
- Prepare mechanicals, dielines, and production-ready artwork for print and packaging
- Collaborate with printers, packaging engineers, and overseas vendors to maintain design intent and premium quality
- Perform pre-press checks and troubleshoot technical production issues
- Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing, and Site teams to align packaging with assortment plans and campaigns
- Maintain brand standards and high craftsmanship across all physical touchpoints
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field
