Responsibilities
- Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
- Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, sales floor replenishment, and supply management.
- Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
- Support a safe and efficient work environment with strong stockroom standards.
- Partner with management on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relations.
- Use business metrics to inform strategies and respond dynamically on the retail floor.
- Lead, inspire, recruit, and develop operations associates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Visual and Sales & Service Leads to ensure smooth business execution.
- Execute company-level operational initiatives in partnership with management.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
