AirGarage is on a mission to bring real estate online, starting with parking.
We replace broken parking machines, fragmented software, and manual, labor-intensive operations with a unified, data-rich operating system for parking real estate. We handle everything it takes to run and optimize a parking asset: payments, dynamic pricing, enforcement, license plate recognition, analytics, and more.
By building all of our technology in-house, we are able to deliver a magical experience for drivers while providing real-time visibility and revenue increases of 20-50% or more for real estate owners. That’s why national real‑estate leaders like Hines and Greystar, as well as technology companies like Meta, partner with AirGarage to optimize their parking facilities.
AirGarage uses datapoints like real-time occupancy, local events, weather, driver behavior, competitor pricing, and more to bring true intelligence to real estate owners’ assets for the first time.

THE ROLE 🚀
We’re looking for a growth hacker who thrives on moving fast, exploring new channels, and testing scrappy ways to grow the demand side of our parking marketplace — think Craigslist, FB Marketplace, local SEO, cold email, and beyond.
You’ll be responsible for getting drivers to discover and book parking at our properties. You’ll run experiments across untraditional channels, launch and optimize paid and unpaid campaigns, and do whatever it takes to drive real-world results. Your work will directly drive revenue for AirGarage and our real estate partners.
This is not a role with a playbook - you’ll write it as you go.
WHO YOU ARE 👇

• You’re a full-stack marketer. You can write compelling ad copy, optimize landing pages, analyze keyword trends, and build campaigns.
• You’re a strong communicator. Whether it’s writing ad copy, an email newsletter, or pitching real estate owners at a conference, you can craft a persuasive and effective message.
WHAT YOU WILL DO 🏗️
• Generate demand from local businesses that need parking to locations in our network of parking lots and garages.
• Own and manage local ad campaigns and listings targeting drivers looking for parking.
• Collaborate with the founders and leadership team to design and run experiments and ensure marketing efforts translate into business impact.
• Drive SEO strategy and execution, ensuring we rank for high-intent searches related to finding parking.
• Develop landing pages, email sequences, and paid social campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
WHAT YOU NEED 🎓
• 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital advertising. Experience at a startup marketing to local businesses is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in running and optimizing email campaigns
• Expertise running local Google Ads (including keyword strategy, bid management, and landing page conversion).
• Experience with SEO strategy and execution, including content strategy, backlinking, and keyword research.
• A track record of experimentation, with the ability to measure results and iterate quickly.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills for ads, emails, and landing pages.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of growth initiatives without a predefined playbook.
