The AI Education Project is seeking a Senior Lead, Programs in the Midwest to advance AI literacy among students by cultivating partnerships with educational institutions in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
Responsibilities: Develop and manage partnerships with school districts, deliver professional development, and coordinate services to align with district needs, ensuring effective AI literacy programs.
Skills: Strong experience in education and partnership development, expertise in AI readiness, excellent communication and relationship building, and strong project management skills.
Qualifications: Significant years of experience in education, familiarity with AI in education, experience in adult learning facilitation, and a collaborative work approach.
Location: Preference for residing in Michigan, Indiana, or Ohio; requires 30-40% travel across these states.
Compensation: $125000 - $135000 / Annually

As the Senior Programs Lead, Mid-West at The AI Education Project (aiEDU), you will advance AI literacy for students by developing and supporting partnerships with school districts and education agencies across multiple states. Your primary focus will be on fostering robust relationships with partners ensuring the effective delivery of our services.
You will be the key liaison between aiEDU and our partner school districts. Your responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and leadership as well as tailoring our offerings to meet the specific requirements of each district.
As a member of the small aiEDU team, your leadership will be critical to the growth and success of the organization. This role reports to the Chief Programs Officer.
