A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) contributes to AHF by embodyingour commitment to excellence in patient care and operationalefficiency. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff areaccountable to multiple leaders.
The CCS2 will work as a part of a close-knit team to go above andbeyond to meet the needs of our patients and enhance the
reputation of AHF by seamlessly transitioning between performingmedical assistant clinical functions including phlebotomy, HIV/STDtesting and performing administrative duties including front office,processing patient referrals, and identifying and verifying insurancecoverage. By actively participating in cross-functional rotations, andpromoting adaptability, they will be developed across multiplehealthcare and wellness center functions, and their commitment tocollaborating with other AHF employees and departments willreinforce AHF's reputation as a trusted healthcare providerdedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care andupholding our organization's mission and values.
Licenses/Certifications: Medical Assistant Diploma Or Phlebotomist Certificate required.
