AHRC NYC is seeking a passionate Full-Time Job Coach to join their Employment Services Program in Queens. The Job Coach must be dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment. The job coach initially spends 100% of the time with the individuals on the job site and then gradually spends less time on-site as the individual becomes proficient at the job.
Pay Rate: $18-$23 per hour depending on education and experience...plus a comprehensive Benefit package. See Benefit information below.
