About the role

Agentio is scaling the next generation of creator partnerships — built for a world where creators drive the most authentic and effective brand advertising. As the fifth member of the Creator Partnerships team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we identify, acquire, and grow creators across YouTube, Instagram, and beyond.

Reporting to the VP of Creator Strategy, and collaborating closely with the CEO and Head of Brand Sales, you’ll own the full lifecycle of creator acquisition and relationship management. This role blends outbound sales, operational design, and AI-powered innovation. You’ll bring structure and velocity to our pipeline, while continuously improving how our GTM organization functions.

You thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and see ambiguity as opportunity. You love experimenting with new tools, optimizing workflows, and finding smarter ways to connect brands and creators at scale. This is both a sales and systems role — one that requires creative problem-solving, empathy for creators, and the curiosity to constantly improve how we work.

What you’ll do

Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Own a large pipeline of brand-safe, high-performing creators, primarily across YouTube and Instagram, while identifying emerging talent on emerging platforms.

  • Conduct thoughtful, high-touch outreach that drives 25+ outbound creator meetings per week — using personalization, data, and creative positioning rather than volume-based prospecting.

  • Build authentic relationships with creators and managers that extend beyond single campaigns; focus on long-term partnership potential and creator growth.

  • Confidently represent Agentio in external meetings, pitches, and events, clearly articulating our value proposition and disruptive vision for the creator economy.

AI-Driven GTM Efficiency

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline prospecting, personalize communication, analyze creator performance data, and automate CRM management.

  • Help design and implement new AI workflows that make our outreach, follow-ups, and deal tracking smarter and faster.

  • Partner with the GTM Operations team to identify where intelligent automation can replace manual processes and free up time for high-impact relationship work.

  • Act as an internal AI advocate — sharing learnings and continuously testing new tools to drive scale and efficiency.

Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Data, and Brand teams to translate creator insights into platform improvements and campaign recommendations.

  • Collaborate with the Creator Experience team to ensure that newly onboarded creators are set up for long-term success and satisfaction.

  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene — updating deals, tracking communication, and ensuring data accuracy for visibility across GTM leadership.

  • Introduce process improvements that enhance forecasting, pipeline visibility, and conversion consistency.

Performance Insights & Growth

  • Analyze creator performance and campaign outcomes to refine acquisition strategies and prioritize high-performing creator segments.

  • Collaborate with the VP of Creator Strategy, Data and Product teams to surface insights that improve targeting, conversion, and creator health.

  • Share learnings and market feedback with leadership to inform broader GTM and marketplace strategy.

What you bring

  • 2–5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer management, or high-volume sales — ideally within a fast-paced startup or creator platform.

  • Proven success exceeding aggressive acquisition or sales targets.

  • Deep understanding of the YouTube and/or Instagram creator ecosystem, with an eye for talent across other emerging platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, pitch, and close high-value creators or creator-managed relationships.

  • Highly organized with experience using CRM systems and structured outreach workflows.

  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decision-making.

  • Willingness to travel for creator events, conferences, and industry gatherings.

In 6 Months, You’ll Have:

  • Built and managed a high-quality creator acquisition pipeline and referral network that consistently drives revenue.

  • Introduced AI- or process-driven improvement to the Creator Partnerships workflow.

  • Developed relationships with key management firms and top-tier creators.

  • Delivered measurable contributions to Agentio’s GTM efficiency and creator network expansion.

  • Proven your readiness for leadership opportunities as the team scales.

The estimated base compensation for this role is between $100,000 & $130,000. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for commission, equity, and competitive benefits.
