Responsibilities
- Design and own the servicing risk program, including frameworks for risk identification, measurement, and reporting
- Build structured feedback loops synthesizing incidents, issues, audits, and servicing outcomes to identify systemic risks
- Translate risk signals into clear, data-backed narratives that influence prioritization across Product, Engineering, and Ops
- Develop risk models, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure to track exposure, trends, and mitigation progress
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Audit to align on risk posture, regulatory expectations, and control coverage
- Define and ensure consistent tracking of risk metrics tied to customer experience, agent outcomes, and business resilience
- Act as a strategic thought partner in cross-functional forums to embed risk thinking into roadmap and process decisions
- Advise the broader Ops Risk team on root cause themes from incidents and issues and mentor peers to foster proactive risk ownership
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative, business, or related field
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) preferred but not required
