Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize feature requests and write business/functional requirements
- Coordinate engineering and operations efforts and prioritize tasks with internal and OEM stakeholders
- Coordinate system updates for new model years (service plan, VMG, accessory triggers)
- Plan and run pilots with Account Management and delivery teams, setting objectives and success criteria
- Coordinate training for OEM corporate, OEM field, dealers, and internal/external field reps
- Plan rollouts and maintain feedback loops with Account Management and delivery departments
- Prepare and deliver internal and OEM reporting, including account success metrics and executive-level reports
- Coordinate and support client QBRs and EBRs with Account Management
- Document and maintain release notes, online training materials, integrations, and program-specific logic
- Manage meetings and schedules, draft and disseminate notes, and maintain monthly meeting calendars
- Lead weekly internal cross-department status calls
- Perform program reviews to confirm functionality against business requirements
- Handle OEM support escalations and ensure professional customer communications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile) are a plus but not required
