Senior Support Engineer
Skills
- Deep proficiency with Linux administration and tooling
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architectures
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL or similar database platforms
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and hybrid deployments
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex production incidents
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
- Collaborate with Engineering to diagnose root causes and drive long-term fixes
- Participate in real-time incident response and live customer remediation
- Advocate for customers to ensure timely, accurate resolutions and satisfactory outcomes
- Assist with new deployments, configuration guidance, and performance tuning
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and Knowledge Base articles
- Contribute to a collaborative, agile, globally distributed support organization
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
