Skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication for customer-facing interactions
- Proven problem-solving and diagnostic skills for technical incidents
- Familiarity with internet/web technologies and integration concepts
- Hands-on exposure to SQL, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Java or scripting languages
- Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and manage ambiguity
- Willingness to work occasional holidays/weekends to ensure business continuity
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical contact for merchants across integration, expansion and operational support
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and API issues using knowledge of web-stack technologies
- Advise merchants on best implementation practices and integration patterns
- Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to surface product feedback and incident details
- Maintain accountability for merchant outcomes and contribute to a 24/7 follow-the-sun support model
- Document cases, reproduce issues, and provide clear guidance and workarounds to merchants
Education
- STEM degree preferred but not required
- Equivalent technical experience accepted in lieu of formal degree
