- Solid SQL/PostgreSQL experience and data modeling
- Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, code reviews
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test and launch complex backend features end-to-end for the Capital lending product.
- Build performant, well-tested APIs and tooling with attention to code quality and scalability.
- Improve platform robustness and scalability through refactors, performance tuning and architectural enhancements.
- Collaborate across teams and time zones to deliver features and resolve production issues.
- Contribute engineering best practices and mentor other engineers.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
