Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Partner Solutions Engineers to execute complex system integrations and grow technical capabilities.
- Act as trusted technical contacts for partner engineering and product teams, advising on Adyen platform capabilities and integration best practices.
- Provide ongoing technical support, hands-on implementation assistance, and lead troubleshooting to ensure timely delivery of partner solutions.
- Drive strategic architectural recommendations to optimize partner integrations and maximize value for end-customers.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to advocate for partner needs and influence product roadmap decisions.
- Plan and execute multi-quarter initiatives such as role design, tooling migrations, and process formalization.
- Balance team priorities with company objectives while maintaining clear internal and external communication.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
