Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Business Office Manager position.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the administration office. Provides support to community stakeholders, including residents, team members, and managers in all areas of the company’s Shared Services Department (hire to retire, procure to pay, and resident billing). Supervises the administration office support staff. Ensures accuracy of resident census data and handles resident billing correspondence, including billing concerns, and participates in the collection of past due accounts. Maintains petty cash system and responsible for disbursements and reconciliation of balance with transactions.
