What You’ll Do

As part of a senior team that has scaled 400+ eCommerce brands, you’ll own paid media strategy and execution in a fully client-facing role. You will work directly with clients to build growth strategies and lead media buying across paid social and paid search. You will be buying media with your own hands - hands on keyboard.

  • Lead growth strategy, media planning, and pacing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Work closely with the creative team to direct asset development aligned with campaign strategy.
  • Execute and manage all campaign builds and daily optimizations hands-on.
  • Prepare client-ready reporting that highlights performance insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Attend and lead client calls; present strategy clearly and follow through on action items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Email/SMS, UGC, Ad Creative, Design, Dev) for holistic growth execution.
  • Own revenue performance and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

  • Clear, strategic media plans that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Campaigns that hit performance targets across MER, ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue goals.
  • Clear, confident communication with clients through dashboards, reporting, and calls.
  • Continuous optimization and testing that improves results month over month.
  • A professional, reliable, and expert presence with clients—they should view you as a strategic partner, not just a media buyer.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years managing paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and paid search (Google Ads) for eCommerce brands.
  • Must have managed at least one account spending $10k+/month and a combined career spend of $500,000+ across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Experience working with 5+ Shopify eCommerce brands, able to speak clearly about your impact during interviews.
  • Proven track record in scaling DTC brands, with mastery of both acquisition and retention funnels.
  • Advanced knowledge of eCommerce media buying, including:
    • ASC / Advantage+ Shopping structures
    • Consolidated CBO scaling
    • ABO creative testing frameworks
    • Full-funnel retargeting and audience compression
    • PMAX architecture and Shopping feed optimization
    • Smart Bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Max Conv.)
    • Query sculpting and performance diagnostics
    • Strong command of campaign structure, creative testing strategy, budget allocation, and bid optimization across all platforms.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to identify issues, interpret signals, and pivot strategy quickly.
  • Must be extremely organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, deliverables, and communication threads simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data simply and confidently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that requires prioritization and rapid execution.
  • Proficient with:
    • Triple Whale
    • Shopify
    • Facebook Ads Manager
    • TikTok Ads Manager
    • Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of retention channels (Klaviyo, Attentive) and their role in LTV and blended MER.
  • High emotional intelligence, humility, and ambition — ready to roll up your sleeves and own results.
