Product Manager II, Security Posture Management

Abnormal AI is seeking motivated Product Managers to lead innovation in our Security Posture Management (SPM) product lines, which are essential to our cybersecurity framework. Our mission is to protect organizations of all sizes from advanced attacks that can lead to financial losses and operational disruptions. Our distinct approach to email security and account takeover detection has established us as one of the fastest-growing security firms.

Zero-touch SPM improves the security of SaaS applications by helping security teams identify and address configuration gaps, thus reducing the risk of email platform attacks. It continuously tracks key configurations across third-party applications and users, alerting teams to issues like over-permissioned apps or privileged users, along with relevant contextual information.

As a Product Manager, you will own and define the product vision and roadmap, actively shaping the SPM strategy. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, Go-To-Market, and executive teams to drive your initiatives and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

What You Will Do 

• Drive product definition and team alignment for areas of ownership
• Lead the team through roadmap planning, ensuring that we work on the highest priority initiatives for customers and the business
• Contribute to product strategy and defining how we will achieve our higher level product and business objectives
• Deeply understand the products/features you own and closely monitor the intake of customer feedback, as well as the external release of new capabilities

Must Haves 

• 2-4+ years of product management experience
• Prior experience working with highly technical products
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers
• High operational excellence and ownership in all work that is undertaken
• Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to reason through ambiguous problems and make effective and well-justified decisions
• Growth mindset, and willingness to learn quickly in a high paced startup environment 

Nice to Have 

• Prior experience at enterprise SaaS / B2B companies
• Prior startup experience
• Analytical skills and intermediate to advanced data analysis skills (SQL, etc.)
• Prior experience working as a software engineer
