Product Manager - Filling and Saving

About 1Password

At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Extended Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 175,000 businesses and millions of people trust us to provide seamless, secure access to their most critical information.

If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead our Platform Filling and Saving team - the group responsible for making it effortless for users to fill and save passwords, passkeys, addresses, credit cards, and more across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

In this role, you’ll define and execute the strategic vision for how 1Password integrates with platform-specific credential manager APIs, partnering closely with external teams to deliver a seamless, secure, and consistent experience across every device. You’ll bring a deep technical understanding of platform nuances and a passion for crafting delightful, reliable, and performant experiences that help millions get the most value out of 1Password.

You’ll join a fast-scaling company with a unique blend of consumer and enterprise customers, giving you the opportunity to solve complex problems that span both individual users and large organizations.

Our approach to Product Management is grounded in five core pillars:

  • Focus & Execution – You move fast, ship efficiently, and measure what matters.

  • Customer Empathy – You’re driven to understand and solve real user problems.

  • Effective Communication – You rally teams and stakeholders around a shared vision.

  • Go-To-Market Alignment – You connect product strategy to business outcomes.

  • Technology – You articulate how our platform and technical choices set us apart.

If you thrive in environments where impact, ownership, and collaboration meet - and where great product thinking blends user empathy with technical depth - we’d love to hear from you.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we expect you to bring:

  • 2+ years of experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success with at least 2 years of SaaS experience

  • Track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the feature/product you owned.

  • Radical ownership of the problem space. You identify problems and you make them go away.

  • You have experience shipping products and/or features across multiple platforms that utilize OS-level APIs

  • A good understanding of security, technology and platform infrastructure trends that drives and influences customers to need to integrate solutions.

  • An action-bias that won’t wait to create change.

  • Obsession with internal customer problems.

  • Represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team.

  • Strong presentation and leadership skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scales from technical to non-technical.

  • Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems and remove roadblocks.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and use data - both qualitative and quantitative - to drive decision-making.

  • Background and experience in the fields of user privacy, security, identity and access management are a plus.

  • Excellent presentation skills and experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly the sales, support and customer success teams.

What you can expect:

  • Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product team that is invested in your success and the success of your initiatives.

  • A dynamic, highly collaborative environment.

  • Empowerment to contribute to, and help drive, overall product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap.

  • Being a part of the team that drives the success of 1Password, our products and business to the next level.

  • Having fun working in a fast-paced environment and being part of the team that prioritizes close collaboration over rigid processes, while continuously embracing an entrepreneurial culture.

We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
