We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of social media across our core brands: 0x, Matcha. You’ll join a high-ownership, multi-skilled marketing team and play a critical role in growing awareness, building trust, driving customer and user engagement into our funnels through high-quality content and platform-native storytelling.
This role is embedded within our central creative function and works closely with product marketing, content, design, product, sales and leadership. You’ll report into the Creative Hub Lead and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our social presence supports our growth goals and helps position us at the forefront of crypto innovation.
Manage and operate social channels across multiple brands (e.g. 0x, Matcha and other product expansions)
Define and evolve our social strategy: what platforms to invest in, which to exit, and how we scale high-performing content
Translate product launches, ecosystem milestones, partnerships, and longer-form content (case studies, articles, research) into compelling, snackable content that fits each platform
Work across ~8-10 social channels, including:
0x: X, LinkedIn, Farcaster, YouTube, Discord
Matcha: X, Farcaster, YouTube, and potentially TikTok & Instagram later
Build repeatable content systems, series, and playbooks for scalable execution
Own reporting and performance analysis, with a focus on both channel-level growth and downstream impact on web traffic to 0x.org and matcha.xyz
Stay deeply plugged into crypto-native social culture and trends — create hype, insert our brand into the narrative and bring market feedback and insights back into the team
Help assess when to bring in external resources (e.g. contractor support, designers, video editors) and manage them if needed
Have 4+ years of experience managing social media for high-growth brands
Have run multiple social accounts at once, either in-house or within an agency or creative hub (e.g. Hype Partners, Serotonin, or similar)
Deep into web3. Professional experience in web3 is preferred, but if you work in web2 and is deep in Crypto Twitter on the side, you could be great a fit.
Bring a strong creative eye — you know how to craft content that resonates, generates hype, and drives engagement
Are highly fluent in content repurposing — you can turn one case study into 10+ social assets across multiple formats and platforms
Are resourceful and utilizes AI, apps and other external tools to create content or to kick start briefs
Know how to scale content production through systems and structure without killing creativity
Understand the tactical side of growth — being the reply guy, how to use hashtags, engage with posts, optimize formats, and test ideas
Stay current on platform changes, community culture, and new formats — and you love experimenting with them
Are comfortable working asynchronously across multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
Experience in the crypto/web3 space or deep curiosity and readiness to dive in. If you work in web2 and is deep in Crypto Twitter on the side, we encourage you to apply.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Sprout, Shield, native platform insights)
Light design chops or familiarity with briefing creative collaborators

The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $160,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
